By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by BrightGen Technologies (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and any related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

BrightGen Technologies delivers a wide range of digital and business transformation services, including but not limited to:

• IT consulting and technology advisory
• Software engineering and application development
• Cloud migration and DevOps services
• Cybersecurity assessments and compliance consulting
• Data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions
• Enterprise automation and digital transformation
• Managed IT services and technical support

All services are provided subject to these Terms and any written agreements, statements of work, or service-level agreements executed between BrightGen Technologies and the client.

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project delivery
• Appoint authorised decision-makers and project contacts
• Cooperate with BrightGen Technologies personnel and contractors
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines
• Make payments in accordance with contractual terms
• Maintain appropriate licenses for third-party software
• Comply with applicable laws
• Refrain from unlawful or unethical use

• Invoices payable within thirty (30) days
• Late payments may incur charges
• Services may be suspended
• Collection costs recoverable
• Taxes excluded unless stated
• Fees quoted in project currency

BrightGen Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed payments made in the preceding twelve (12) months.

All intellectual property remains BrightGen Technologies’ property unless otherwise agreed. Client deliverables may be licensed after full payment.

• Protect sensitive information
• Restrict disclosure
• Report breaches
• Return materials
• Obligations survive termination

BrightGen Technologies processes personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

Either party may terminate with notice. Force majeure events excuse performance delays.

Governed by Indian law. Terms may be updated and continued use constitutes acceptance.
